Due to the increasing costs of delivery and materials, we will stop shipping until 19. 12. 2021

  • Ordering process

    The available products can be ordered. Products that are not available can be requested and more detailed delivery conditions are given.

  • Service

    We are happy to answer any questions you may have via e-mail via our contact form.

  • Repair

    Repair orders are not currently possible, therefore no goods are accepted.

It is very important to us that your order reaches you quickly and safely! Here we have summarized some important information about your delivery.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:

-> We ship on all working days from Monday – Friday

-> Shipment begins with the date on which you receive the e-mail “Your order has been shipped!”

->If you have placed an order from Friday 12:00 noon or on a bank holiday or over the weekend, the processing will take place on the next working day.

GutRad is a global company – we work with production and shipping partners around the world to deliver our items to your doorstep. Although the vast majority of our customers will receive the goods on time, the actual timeframes may vary from region to region.

When should you contact us?

If the delivery time is significantly exceeded.

We check the time when the goods left our warehouse and monitor the tracking number.

    1. How much does it cost to ship my order?

      After clicking Secure Checkout, you can enter your shipping address and select a shipping method. The shipping costs will then be calculated and displayed as processing and shipping costs.

    2. Can I track my order?

      If you have registered before ordering, you can easily track the order in the Customer Center. Otherwise, you will be informed of the shipment number in our shipping confirmation.

    3. Where does my order ship from?

      We ship from our German warehouse in Tettnang on Lake Constance. We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, DHL parcel) as well as the local postal service (Deutsche Post) to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible. For this reason, tracking is always available. When your order is shipped using the selected service, these details will be included in the customer portal and in the shipping email we send you.

    4. Can I collect my goods personally?

      You can also pick up goods directly from our warehouse. After your order, we will inform you by email as soon as the items are ready for pickup. Of course there are no additional costs. Once provision has been confirmed, your order can be collected from the following address:
